The Hall of Fame has not been opened. When it is, inductions will be decided by people who were there and recorded with the reason — not generated from whatever results happen to be in the database.

We could fill it in an afternoon by sorting athletes by win count. We are not going to. Our results archive covers a slice of Texas armwrestling, weighted toward recent events we could source properly, and a ranking built on it would honour the best-recorded competitors rather than the best ones. Several of the people who belong here retired before any of it was written down.
